I spent much of my free time this week listening to Beethoven’s Choral Fantasia, which I've never heard before. It’s magnificent. Breathtaking. Exhilarating. All those big words. Every now and then I come across a piece of music - usually by Beethoven - which reminds me that all the other music I’ve ever heard in my life is total crap. This is such a piece. Give it a listen.
